“Ritnika has an excellent understanding of the music business so is able to strike a balance between artiste expectations and music label requirements. She is very personable, easy to get along with and enthusiastic about what she does. An asset to any organisation or artiste.”

Atul Churamani, Ex -Vice President, Saregama India Ltd

“We met at the Musexpo Conference in LA in 2008 and have stayed in touch since. Ritnika has a real drive and energy about her, and a tireless commitment to developing a real platform for independent Indian artists. She is one of a handful of people on the ground that I look to for a real insight into the sub-scenes in Delhi, Mumbai and elsewhere. Any Indian media organisation who takes future plurality in the music and entertainment industries seriously needs someone like Ritnika on their team.”

Mark Strippel, Head of Music & Events – Asian Network, BBC  U.K.

“Ritnika is a very ambitious and aware person who possess many talents, her managerial multi tasking skills are very commendable particularly as she has successfully managed to build a business in a male dominated music industry in India where there are presently no rules or boundaries. She also has a very bubbly, friendly personality and a very positive attitude that are all very important traits for attaining success in presently a very difficult business environment.”
